Rana v Repatriation Commission [2010] FCA 280, SAD36/2010. Appeal from the decision of a Member of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) – whether applicant was entitled to pension under Part IV of the Veterans’ Entitlements Act 1986 (Cth) – antecedent question of whether applicant was a veteran/member – Member correct to proceed by way of having the antecedent question determined first – the question was subsequently heard by a Deputy President of the AAT – no utility in this appeal – no reviewable decision made under s 44 of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975 (Cth)
