Little did I know when I woke up this morning I would be meeting Chief Justice Roberts at Bondi Beach - that is precisely what occurred this afternoon. I was on may way to North Bondi RSL when I came across the CJ. Apparently the CJ is down under on holiday with his family. We had a short conversation. He is well aware of HR 569/S 357 and the inequity concerning military servicemembers' access to the Supreme Court.
What a small world we live in.
